Quotes & Instant Roof Estimates

Estimates provided through our Instant Roof Quote tool or our website are preliminary, based on the information available, and are not binding. Your final price is confirmed only after an inspection and a written proposal or contract signed by you and Five Oaks Roofing Plus.

Contracts, Work & Warranties

All work is governed by the written proposal or contract for your project. Workmanship warranties, including the Owens Corning Preferred Warranty upgrade where available, are subject to the terms, conditions, and registration requirements stated in your contract and in the applicable warranty documents. Manufacturer material warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not by Five Oaks Roofing Plus.

Insurance Claims

We can help homeowners navigate the insurance claims process, but we do not provide legal advice and do not act as a public adjuster. Coverage decisions and claim payments are made solely by your insurance company. You remain responsible for your policy, your deductible, and any work not covered by your insurer.

Financing

Financing is offered through Momnt and its lending partners and is subject to credit approval. Five Oaks Roofing Plus is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. Rates, terms, and approval are determined by the lender, and your loan is governed by your agreement with that lender.

Text Messaging Terms

When you provide your mobile number and check a consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Five Oaks Roofing Plus.

• Non-marketing messages: appointment scheduling, quotes, project updates, and customer service.
• Marketing messages (only if you check that separate box): special offers, discounts, and new product updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
