Wake Forest | Five Oaks Roofing Plus
No cookie-cutter templates. Five Oaks Roofing Plus designs every deck and screen room around your home's layout and style, in wood or low-maintenance composite, for homeowners across Central and Eastern North Carolina.
Many companies sell the same few deck plans to everyone. We start with your home, your yard, and how you want to use the space.
We design around your home's layout and architecture so the deck looks like it was always meant to be there.
Classic natural wood or low-maintenance composite decking in a range of colors.
Railings, balusters, and lighting that make your deck safer, more beautiful, and usable after dark.
Space for grilling, dining, and relaxing with family and friends, planned the way you'll actually use it.
Both are built to last. The right choice comes down to the look you love and how much upkeep you want.
The warm, natural look of real wood, custom built to fit your home. A timeless choice that blends beautifully with traditional architecture.
Resists rot, fading, and warping and never needs sanding or staining. Spend your weekends enjoying your deck instead of working on it.
A screen room turns your deck into a true outdoor living room. Relax, dine, and entertain in fresh air and shade, protected from mosquitoes, pollen, and the hot Carolina sun. We design and build each one to match your home, from the deck and framing to the roof line, screens, railings, and stairs.
Our dedicated deck crew focuses on quality at every stage, from setting a solid foundation to the final board and railing. It's the difference between a deck that looks good on day one and one that stays strong for years.
No sanding, staining, or painting. A simple wash keeps it looking great.
Holds up against weather, splintering, and insects, season after season.
Choose from multiple colors and a range of railings, balusters, and lighting.
More time grilling, relaxing, and making memories in your own backyard.
We visit your home, talk through how you want to use the space, and design a deck that fits your yard and budget.
Our dedicated deck crew builds from the foundation up, with careful attention to framing, boards, and railings.
We clean up thoroughly and back the work with our workmanship warranty. Then it's time to fire up the grill.

Wood offers a classic, natural look and a lower upfront cost. Composite costs more initially but resists rot, fading, warping, splintering, and insects, and never needs sanding or staining. We'll help you weigh both for your home and budget.
